About the Role:

The Account Executive – Personal Lines is responsible for retaining and expanding client relationships within our Personal Lines department, delivering the expected client experience standards to achieve the company’s growth goals. This role will communicate, facilitate, and execute risk solutions on behalf of our personal lines clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer experience for book of business, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service (including responding to inquires, quoting, policy changes, claim support, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Producers to develop strategies for retaining/renewing existing clients, growing the agency’s book of business.
  • Oversee renewal outcomes and remarketing for book of business
  • Build and maintain strong Carrier and Wholesale relationships, including negotiating with underwriters for better terms.
  • Document all client activity within AMS360 per agency guidelines, and managing/updating data.

Role Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related experience within P&C personal lines in an independent agency (high net worth experience preferred)
  • Property & Casualty license (insurance designations are preferred)
  • Proficient in an Agency Management System (AMS360 preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Superior written/verbal and organizational skills
